About the Artist

I spent a lifetime learning to see before I ever learned to paint.

Long before I picked up a brush, I was captivated by the natural world. I found myself stopping to watch a sunrise unfold, studying the changing colors of the evening sky, photographing reflections on the water, or standing beneath a sky filled with stars. I became fascinated by the quiet details that many people pass without noticing—the textures of weathered stone, the patterns in clouds, the flight of birds, and the remarkable way sunlight transforms the same landscape from one hour to the next. That lifelong curiosity eventually led me to abstract art.

I don’t paint places. I paint the emotions they leave behind.

Each piece begins with exploration rather than a fixed plan. Layers of color, texture, and movement evolve naturally, much like nature itself. My goal is never to explain the world, but to capture a sense of wonder and invite others to experience it in their own way.

Working from my studios in West Palm Beach, Florida, USA, Ronnede, Denmark & Tarragona, Spain, I continue to follow the same curiosity that has guided me throughout my life: to look more closely, to remain open to surprise, and to create art that invites a lifetime of discovery.

My hope is that each painting continues to reveal itself over time—rewarding a second glance, a different season, or a new light in the room. Like the natural world that inspires it, I believe the most meaningful art is never finished with the first look.
